Norton Ghost 15 download appears to be wrong file (?)

I went on line and purchased Ghost 15. I clicked on the download button on the order confirmation and downloaded the file. However, when I try to run it to install, what I get instead of Ghost 15 is a basic dialog with the title Windows Disc Image Burn and it only allows a burn to my DVD drive and does not apppear to be Ghost at all.

I retried the download several times and keep getting the same thing. The file is called NGH1501_AllWin_English_SrdAndProd which looks like it might be right. . . .

I'm running Windows 7 Professional

Any help anyone can give would be much appreciated.

You downloaded a disc image. Burn it to a CD-R and you will have the equivalent of a purchased disc. If you don't want to burn it now, you can use something like 7-Zip to extract the contents of the ISO file to a folder on your HDD. You can then run setup from there. You should burn the ISO to CD-R so you have the bootable recovery disc, aka SRD  (Symantec Recovery Disc). Alternately you can make a bootable UFD (USB Flash Drive) and copy the contents of the ISO to it.

I get it. Makes perfect sense but not how other products are packaged so didn’t think of it. Makes sense for Ghost though. They might want to put clearer instructions on the download page. Thanks for your help E
