Hello, I just recently purchased Norton Ghost 15 with the hopes of creating a disk image to restore my computer in the event of a hardware or software failure. I installed it with absolutley no problems, and ran it. Everything seemed to work fine, I started a full system Backup and let my computer do its thing. A few hours later I came back and it said 6 more hours. 4 Hours later it said 17 more hours. In this time, the progress bar had not moved. What is happening? How long should this take?
I am running 64bit version of Windows 7
I have a raided 1tb hard drive setup (data security raid)
and I am trying to back this up on an external USB 1TB HD.
I tried canceling the process, but it has been canceling for 2 hours. I think I'm going to restart the computer.
