Norton Ghost 15, just purchased, not opened yet. Some questions.

Hi, I just bought Norton Ghost 15. It unfortunatly only works on 1 pc. I did see this in the store and figured my desktop is more important than my laptop. I can get another one later. But I think maybe sometime in future Ghost should be like Norton 360 and protect more than one pc. But I have some questions.

Is there a help or pdf file somewhere I can read about the product?

Can I copy my desktop and laptop?

If I change any hardware, will the images still work? If so, what hardware can be changed or added?

Can I take an image I have and transfer it to another computer if I have to or decide to change my computer? It would probably have different hardware then.

Does anyone know if the compression can affect the files? I know in music, mp3's are not the same as lossless files. And say I compressed an image: Would it further compress my mp3's for instance or other files?

How reliable are the images? I have been told that some imaging programs are unreliable every few images.

Can it handle ESATA? I can't see it on the product page.

Can absolutly everything on your hard-drive be copied? I read certain files can be looked for, it seems that the whole drive can be backed up though (That's why I bought the program). I understand a base image can be made and incremental additions be added.

How long can it take to re-install a whole image? I'll probably do it through an external USB 2.0 drive to just start it up and let it run if needed.

What are the benefits of installing the Norton Ghost onto your system? Is the product going to be suported for a while after that or does it expire like Norton malware products after one year?
