When installing NG15 I received 2 error messages, one of them I fix by reading Ghost messages, but the second message I have not been able to fix.
The error message: "No mapping between account names and security IDs was done" I have no idea what this means or how to correct it. I checked My Account on Norton's web site and all my Norton Products are listed except for Norton Ghost 15 and Norton Utilities 15. All the software is Activated and appear to be running correctly.
