Norton Ghost 15: Need instructions on how to clone a hard drive

Just purchased a larger hard drive for my Lenovo laptop running Vista Home.  I want to clone my smaller hard drive onto my larger drive.   I have never used Ghost.  

 

Can I change the partition size of the new drive with Ghost 15?  Are there step-by-step instructions on how to "clone" the old drive onto the new?
