Hi. This problem all seemed to start when I changed my drive letters. I finally think it points to Norton Ghost 15 and my Floppy A drive.
I have these error messages when I boot my computer up. Windows tells me this: No Disk: "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c". It comes up about 8 or 9 times then goes away.
I have multiple internal drives, 2 optical drives, a Floppy A drive, a card-reader and printer. I decided to shift the drive letters down after the hard-drives since I recently installed a dual-boot and needed earlier drive letters. The problems started before the dual-boot was installed. Drive letters changed as this example: g -> i, h ->j, i ->k, etc. The main drives stayed the same.
This is the Norton Ghsot 15 error messages:

When I start up the computer and get the Windows error messages, I can see the Norton Ghsot icon with a red circle crossed out near the clock and safetly remove icon, etc.
The icon at the bottom of the screen has this message when I hover over it:
"Norton Ghost
Unable to retrieve information from the agent: Access Denied"
I have uninstalled the Floppy a drive and controller, Windows re-installs it upon re-boot obviously. I havn't unplugged it yet.
My Norton Ghost back-up drive is on an external drive that is not always connected to the desktop.
