Norton Ghost 15 Not Recognizing 3TB External Drive

Hello all, maybe you can help me. I just bought a new 3TB Western Digital MyBook, which uses USB 3.0. I have it plugged in, and Windows recognizes it, but when I load up Ghost to ghost my old drive onto there, it just doesn't recognize it. I've tried EVERYTHING, including formatting, creating partitions, converting the drive to GPT disk, etc. I tried it with the drive plugged into both USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports. I even tried to work around ghosting by running a backup from source to destination, but it gave me an error at 5% because of some type of encryption issue. Can anybody help me with getting my Ghost 15 to recognize this drive so I can move my files?? Thanks. Here are my system specs:

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Intel Core i7 950 3.07GHz cpu

Asus P6X58D-E mobo

6gb Kingston HyperX memory

nVidia GTX 270 x2 (SLI)

Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
