This is my first time to post a question, I have Norton Ghost 15 on a dell pc running XP Pro. I have been using Ghost for a while and for the most part it works well. The issue is when I first open Ghost it takes for ever 15 to 20 min for it to go through opening and reading the backup destination info. It finallys opens to the home page showing status info etc.. In trying to figure out if this was normal or not I researched several sites and found one where they suggested uninstalling Ghost, setting up a new user profile in win xp pro w/ admin authority and reinstalling under this profile. I did it and sure enough when I open Norton Ghost it loads with in 15 to 20 seconds. I thought all-right it is fixed, will when I go to my normal user profile (with admin rights as well) and go to open Norton Ghost the same old thing happens and it takes 15 to 20 minutes to open again. To just check my self I switched back to the new user log-on and Ghost opens up super fast again. I go back to my primary log-on profile and it loads super SLOW again. I have gone through the security config tool in ghost and have both profiles list as full control, any thoughts on what is up,
