While on my Desk Top (Windows 7 Professional) when I open Ghost it sees all the Recovery Points which are stored on a WD Disk connected via USB Port. After I initiate the recovery process I am informed that this process can not be completed while Windows is running and I need to boot from the Norton Ghost 15 Disk. After booting from the Norton Ghost 15 Disk the stored recovery points can not be found?
Both my wife and I are System Administrators and we have our own accounts. A few weeks ago I deleted my wife's account after creating a new one for her. Big Mistake! I think I made have had too much coffee earlier that day because not only was deleting it a MISTAKE it was also unnecessary. We have plenty of disk space.
If you can help me through this I will be eternally great full.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Respectfully...
