A few days ago after a reboot ghost tried to install an update or reinstall itself. this resulted in an error and now the software does not seem to be installed. Ghost is still on my installed apps list but I cannot uninstall or reinstall it. Not sure if it's related but i was prompted and I did go through steps of backing up my certificates. I also found this error on my event logs. The Norton Ghost service terminated with service-specific error %%-2147221164.
Any help will be appreciated.
