My grand daughter backed up a game and it created a corrupt file that no program can delete . My son is knowledgeable and he tried saying that such corrupt files exist . The problem is this: Ghost has not backed up for me in three weeks. It reaches the file, identifies it and says that it cannot find this file and stops backing and a says :back up failed" and I get harassed a few times a day to back up as I am “at risk”. Spent three hours chatting with Ghost help about it and they did everything I did before . I kept telling them that my son (he helps v companies with backups ) that no self;f respecting back up program stops backing up when a corrupt file is found. They skip it and notify ate the end which file we=as nit backup. Those two did not pass this comment up the line as The next technician who called to ask if problem was solved tried to convince me that even though the Program said “backup failed” I actually DID have backups. But could not help with the ":annoying requests to backup as I am at risk:> Yesterday I got the Engineer to call and he started playing with my PC moving files etc…NOW Ghost stops IMMEDIATELY with and error"ebab0005 occurred running job file backup[. So he fixed it. Ghost needs to program so that a corrupt file is skipped and not stop backing up. I am about to give up on Ghost that I have used since the SECOND issue. BTW: No technician will get access to my PC again as they are amateurs Need help! BTW the game works even with the corrupt file…They I guess skip it. LOL
