Norton Ghost 15/Windows7 Pro 64-bit: Restored onto new hard drive but cannot log in

I had to replace my C drive and successfully created a restore point of my original C drive with all data, then restored it onto a new hard drive.  The computer boots up successfully.

 

However, when I click on a user that does not have a password, it starts to log in but then immediately logs out.  When I click on a user that requires a password, I cannot type anything into the password field.

 

I am using Norton Ghost 15.0 on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.

 

The original disk partition was 200 MB while partition on the new disk is 300 MB.

 

Any suggestions on resolving this problem?
