When I tried to "Open Norton Ghost" this week, the splash screen appears then the UI comes up blank except for the main menu at top. This has never happened before. I uninstalled and reinstzalled the product with no success. I've even used the Norton Removal Tool and reinstalled NIS 2011 as well as Norton Ghost 15. After numerous attempts to open the Error Log, I succeeded (see below):
