Trying to backup my HP G60 laptop with a new copy of Ghost 15, I encounter error 6C8F1C25 "Cannot retreive list of drives". Ghost does recognize the drives in its utility function. I see this problem has popped up repeated in the past, with Norton technicians blowing off the poor users. The only helpful response is "Acronis True Image", which is not my preferred solution.
Does anyone have a solution? Here is what I see....
Note: booting off the Ghost CD results in NO hard drive being recognized.
