I have tried to backup my drive to BR, but the backup usually always fails with the errors below. I have looked into the history of the case

and it looks so there is some magic DLL which could solve the problem. Can i have it, pls?
the errors are:
-Error E7D4000C: This device or media failed to mount: 421.

Error EC8F17B7: Cannot create recovery points for job: Drive Backup of System Reserved (*:\).
Error E7D4000C: This device or media failed to mount: 421. (UMI:V-281-3215-6071)
