I use Norton Ghost 14 to back up a computer running Windows XP Professional. I have defined a drive (disk image) job and a files and folders job. Using the Manage Backup Destinations feature, I have specified 12 as the number of versions of files to keep (for the files and folders backup). That works for some files and not for others. For example, Norton Ghost does keep multiple versions of my Quicken data files. However, it only keeps the latest version of my Outlook PST files. Outlook is not running when the Ghost files and folders job runs. The "latest version only" problem occurs whether or not the "back up Email files" check box is checked.
What can I do to get Norton Ghost to keep multiple versions of my Outlook PST files in its files and folders backups?
