I am trying to reinstall Norton Ghost 15. However, the install fails. I get "NG15 ...is already installed...uninstall NG15". NG does NOT appear in the W7 ADD-Remove programs list nor in Revo Unistaller. There's no icon on the desktop, no listing in All Programs in the Start Menu. It's not in C:\Program Files x86 or C:\Program Files and a search using the W7 search engine produces no hits for Norton Ghost. I'm installing from D: to C: from a downloaded NG15 so there's no cd. Has anyone encountered this before and if so what's the fix? I have Norton Utilities 14 installed.
