I installed Norton ghost 10/19 and this thing never has made a recovery point since that time. I scheduled it for everyday at 7:00PM. But it never finishes. I can manually start the back up to create a recovery point, but it is extremely slow, hours just to get from 1% to 2%. My computer is connected to an external drive via esata and works fine. Any answers in the community?
