Norton Ghost unable to connect message

I have the same problem running under windows 7.  One day it was running fine and the next I get the Unable to Connect...... message.  It was around the same time my wife installed Norton 360 on her laptop that is occasionally connected to our LAN.  An image of the screen I get is attached. (oops. Seems like the forum only likes txt, etc files.  I don't think you'd like me to load the code for the image.  :smileysad:

I've tried many of the proposed solutions posted in the forum including fixinstall.bat.  But Norton Ghost isn't running as a service and neither is VProConsole.exe.

I did get some errors while running fixinstall.bat.  It couldn't find some directories under Program Files because they are installed under Program Files (x86).  I've attached an image of the output.

Any suggestions would be helpful.  Thanks.  -Walt
