....no matter what SMTP server I provide - Comcast, Google GMAIL, Microsoft HOTMAIL, etc., the configuration will not take / connect. I suspect that it's because most SMTP servers are authenticated with SSL / TLS - and the configuration gives me three options: ANONYMOUS, BASIC, and NTLM - NONE of these work with any server I have supplied. I can't believe that this can be right, as it would exclude millions of users. I don't care what SMTP server I have to use, but I don't know what servers, if any (?!?!??), will work with the email notification setup on Norton Ghost.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
