I saw a similar subject, but didn't see whether if the solution provided actually worked. Only that he was going to try. So asking again.
I have a Win7 computer, that has been faulty since day one. I finally got manufacturer to agree to exchange it. Problem is this exact model is no longer available, it has been superseded. The newer model will still have Windows 7 on it, but has slightly different hardware.
Question is, Would it work, and all I would have to do is install the drivers (via Driver Detective)? If I can avoid 2 weeks of setting things up again, it would make thing so much easier.
