Just installed NG 15.0 on my system (Win 7 64-bit, 1T drive, external server with Windows Home Server software running). After downloading the program, all I had was a disk image file; I had to get the actual installation for the program off this forum. The first backup took, literally 2 days (somewhere shy of a straight 48 hours). It seems to continually run, and the home screen always tells me "The last scheduled backup of files and folders was missed," although there are now at least 2 backup copies on my server, which occupy more space that the other three computers on my network combined. It takes over 45 minutes for the home screen to actually show up with data on it after I start the program and it finishes scanning, each and every time I start it. It doesn't recognize 64-bit drivers on the custom Recovery Disk, but doesn't tell me where to find 32-bit drivers. This has to be either the worst backup software ever written, or something is wrong with the setup. Anything I'm doing/not doing to get it to work? Or is this normal (in which case, adios NG15)? Assistance appreciated!
