I recently had to re-install my system software (Mac OSX 10.4.11), and Norton AV for Mac disappeared. If I double-click on the app in the Apps folder, it flashes briefly in the dock but doesn't open. I tried opening the Sym Quick Menu as suggested on another thread, but I get this error message 'You cannot open the application "Sym Quick Menu.app" because it may be damaged or incomplete". I seem to have mislaid my installation disc. Is there a way to reinstall the programme from the Norton website?
Thank you, Sunil. That did the trick!
