The Norton ‘Google Play Scan’ is not scanning any of the Apps before Download. And Yes, I’ve done ALL the updates and permissions, but to no avail. Any other advice on how to fix this problem, or is it just a fault in the Norton App itself ? Thank you. My Device is a Samsung Galaxy S9

What is the version of the 360 app you are using? I just downloaded some apps on my new Samsung A15 on Android 14 and the App Scans were working correctly.
What apps are you trying to download? In the past, any system apps were not getting scanned/reported.
Android 14 and up-to-date -(UI 6.1.1), and I have the latest update of Norton 360 -(5.97.0.24…).
I was talking about the Scan which either confirms or warns of an App before even considering to download while on Google Play Store, which has been very useful in preventing me from downloading Malware Apps onto my other devices. But with the S9 Tab, it doesn’t seem to be functioning ?!.

I understand it is the Google Play App Advisor feature you are referring to. That is the feature that I tested and it was working on my phone.
Is it all apps, or just certain apps that are not being reported? As I suggested above, there was an issue with Android System apps not getting scanned.
Have you restarted the device since this started happening?
