Hi there, I receive requests from Norton almost every day - constant reminders to activate add-ons to my subscription that I do not wish to use, and constant requests to purchase even more protective products from Norton. Even when I select 'do not remind me again' this doesn't seem to matter - the interruptions and reminders just. keep. on. coming.

How do I cancel my Norton subscription and cease this infernal harassment? And can anyone recommend an alternative product that doesn't constantly harass the user with more and more purchase/use requests?

Cancelling a Norton subscription is just a matter of logging into your Norton Account and removing any personal information you can from the Account Profile. Then remove any stored billing information and be sure to turn off Automatic Renewal for any current subscription. Then just abandon the account.

Unless your subscription period started less than 60 days ago, there will be no refund available, and the subscription will still be valid for the balance of the subscription period.
