Norton has changed. It not longer accepts feedback on a user login, what does that say about customer care? Norton is now aligned to what I call the Salami sales trick, each time charge a little extra for what should be included. This is a false vision and I am thinking of a web attack to expose as its becoming more like the unliked tech giants, just money making and zero customer service. There is now zero value for money. It is also too large in size and slows down equipment to a stall , almost inoperable. does not close down memory after closing sessions, i can have up to 20 activities in memory with no Norton browser running !! I have been in technology for 30 years. Norton is not worth one cent today as customer service means zero, it just trying to make money. Seems like management has changed, and not for the better. Customers will soon relate and leave in droves. every time I log on please pay more for this bit, or that bit. Relentless and very unwelcome. Customer service success does not rely on badgering customers, but actually providing value for money. In a world of many many options maybe you have forgotten this. Most companies at no1 globally do not loose to competitive pressure, they loose to greed and silliness. Most likely I will not get a response. Grantxtian@gmail.com
