Norton has short term memory regarding 'Don't show again'!

Norton keeps showing me notices about me being tracked or my information or something about me is out there in the deep web and.. stuff like that. I have been for years selecting 'Don't show again' yet Norton either plays dumb or it has a short term memory or my selection gets reset. I am not surprised about this because Norton wants to upsell me their other products and services. But it's annoying that Norton does not respect my preferences about these kinds of notifications.

I don't care if I am being tracked, Norton.

This is ridiculous. No matter how many times you click "ignore" the pop-up will eventually return. I've had almost a dozen phone calls from my concerned wife when one of these stupid messages pops up attempting to scare her. Enough is enough Norton. If you continue with this I will not only cancel my subscription but I'll go on an internet tirade from Reddit to CNET to Wired and beyond to let everyone know about these scare tactics you're pushing on unsuspecting users. This is some bush league garbage you're doing here. Stop it.

think i get 1 notice for some account thats been closed for years

there are proberly bugs or issues still not fixed or addressed in the program or how it does it search

for me it doesnt send any notices ( pop up or other wise) i just see it if im in the norton screen

I agree, it's gotten annoying to the point where I'm not renewing my subscription when it comes due early next year.  I'll be moving to a competitor's solution instead.  See my post asking Norton support how to get the application suite to honor our preferences - no response from them, of course:  https://community.norton.com/en/forums/how-turn-non-stop-pop-ups
