Norton has stopped my internet

So Norton has presented a message saying There is an attacker on this network. The threat name is ARP Spoofing. Norton recommended Disconnect and Block Network. which I selected.
I Now can not access the internet and I dont know how to move forward.

I would start with Restarting your computer. Restart, not shutdown and startup again.

If that does not resolve it, click on the network icon in the Windows system tray and click on Disconnect. Restart the computer again and then click the network icon again and click on Connect.

Thank you for your feedback. I have tried restating and shutting down to no avail. I cant see where the disconnect/connect is, so I put into flight mode, again to no avail. I have restarted the ethernet network adaptor which brings me back to a connected state, but as soon as I try to access the internet I lose connection.

Try right clicking on the Norton icon in the Windows system tray and click on Disable Smart Firewall. Then test your connection. If you can connect, reset your firewall.

From the main 360 window, click on Security on the left pane and Advanced Security on the right.

Then click on Network and hover your cursor over Smart Firewall and click on the Settings gear icon.

Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Restore to reset your firewall to default settings.

Restart your computer and test your connection.
