Norton have the worst customer service ever

Tried to contact them to manage my back ups, delete some old stuff and download some onto my new laptop, confusing and downright annoying as they are constantly trying to get me to buy more storage. I have been with Norton for many many years and every time I purchase a new computer( many of them) and buy a new subscription to Norton they open a new storage account and add all the previous bits  again onto the new storage, confused, me too. Well I have about 10 storage accounts and cannot access any of them to manage them and download what I want onto my new laptop. \\\\Tried to contact Norton, impossible, only through that stupid annoying virtual agent. I am 54, did not grow up with computers and needed some help, tried today for 4 hours to no avail..Never again will I purchase a Norton product and I will go out of my way to warn others away from them...Allan
