I have messed with virus, etc before, but this one has been a nightmare. I can only surf the net in safe mode. I can not get to windows update or use NIS2009, Spybot, AdAware, HiJackThis, AVG, McAfee or do any kind of online scan. I did get SysClean to run but a lot of files were locked. It did clean of some tracking cookies.....so I go that 
Any ideas? Normally Norton is bullet proof for me, but today is not that day. Is there a dos command line to scan?
The first two files locked were:

BCD.LOG
