I have downloaded norton hotspot privacy ios and it worked for more than two months. Now I can't access internet when I turn the hotspot privacy on. Both in iphone and Ipad.
Uninstalled and reinstalled yet to no avail. Is their some way to fix this. Specially that I purchased a year worth of licensce. Anyone from symantec??

I have not used Norton Hotspot Privacy (NHP) as it is still not available
in Australia yet, but the link below to the Norton Mobile and Tablet KB
Forum might have the answer to your question.?? Worth a try. :)
Perhaps you could uninstall and reinstall NHP iOS and use Vinod's
steps to see if that will make NHP work on your iPad and iPhone.?
Have you updated the iOS system recently on the iPad and iPhone.?
Otherwise in the mean time i will ask the Moderator if this thread
could be moved to the correct forum which should be Other Mobile
Products Forum for better exposure and assistance.

Hello all, this was fixed soon after the orginal poster reported. To regain service simply re-install the VPN Configuration Profile.
1. On your iOS device navigate to Settings > General > Profile
2. Remove the Norton Hotspot Privacy profile
3. Return to homescreen and launch Norton Hotspot Privacy
4. Select 'Install Configuration Profile'
This should restore your connection.
