I installed Norton Hotspot and checked my download upload speeds. The speeds were extremely low, 1 to 2 Mbps on all sever sites. I uninstalled Norton Hotspot and download and upload speeds jumped to 25 Mbps and 12 Mbps, respectively. What is the problem?
