Norton Icon in Taskbar - Grey Circle with White Slash

Recently, I upgraded my Norton to 2012.

After I did that, I noticed that Norton icon in my Taskbar has changed from a Green Check to a small Grey circle with a white slash mark.

I checked my window security settings and all is set to Standard Default Settings (and my Smart Firewall is up), so what does the Grey circle with the white slash mean?  And how do I get it back to the Green Checkmark?

Please let me know.

Thank you in advance.
