I just renewed my Norton 360 Deluxe this last Monday and noticed the Norton icon is after renewal just posting active and not the number of days left of subscription. I called Norton support and was told Norton is no longer posting the number of days left on your subscription but is just putting active, and if I want to know the number of days left I will have to sign into my account. Is anyone else noticing this? I am also getting constant Norton popups about other programs Norton wants me to subscribe to so next year when I should renew my subscription I will be looking into other options. I have been pleased with the Norton protection, but the above things I mentioned are causing me to rethink future renewals.
From the classic interface, you can always click on Help > Subscription Status. That will connect to the Norton subscription servers and give you the number of days remaining.
