Norton ID Safe - iPhone app not working

The Norton ID Safe app on my iPhone 7 has stopped working.  I have removed and reinstalled the App (version 5.0.187, iOS version 11.1.2), and rebooted the phone.  I can log into my vault fine from other devices, and also through the browser on this same iPhone - just not this app.

When I launch the App I have to accept the T&Cs by clicking 'Agree & Launch'.  It then asks me for my Norton Account username and password.  It then says - 'Redirecting... please wait' and then says 'Server Error.  We're working to resolve an issue that prevents us from completing your request. Try again later. (-2022)'. The only option is 'Close'.

Not sure how long I need to wait before trying again 'later', but a couple of hours hasn't helped.  The Norton status page doesn't mention any current problems, so I guess the problem is at my end.

Any ideas, please?

There was a brief outage earlier today that affected some users.   Unfortunately, you were one of the lucky ones it affected.   I'm glad everything is functioning normally for you now, and I apologize for the inconvenience. 

Ah. Suddenly, after pretty much a whole day, I find it is working as normal again. Did you do something to fix it @Sunil_GA, or is this what is meant by ‘try again later’?
