Norton ID Safe -- Lost all my logins-- Its empty

Hello,

      I have started using Norton ID Safe recently, i generally use portal to store & retreive my passwords

 

I opened it today & its all empty

 

 

  1. How do i recover them?
  2.  i just started using them, i have only few login's what if this happens once i start using this completely
