I hope someone can help. I have installed Norton ID safe on my mac and it is installed and acceessible through the top menu (system) bar. However, it will not autofill any websites that i access on safari. In fact, if i search for a vault for a particular website, it will only launch the website but not actually fill out the password/username. I have tried this for dozens of sites.
Is Norton ID Safe only a look up tool on Mac and not an actual filler? If anyone can shed any light on this it would be helpful. It works great on my PC with IE or Chrome but i get nothing near that experience on my MAC.
Please clarify and assist...anyone..anyone...anyone...
