At least once a day my PC will freeze up, a few seconds later a grey film will appear, then a few seconds more, a window will appear telling me Norton Idenity Safe has crashed and do I wish to cancel operations. If I click "ok" it will clear up but a yellow bar will appear at the top informing me of the crash. Can I bget this to stop? It happens at the most inoppoertune times. I am using Version 33.0.1750.154 m
