Everytime I use the norton identity to login on my Samsung Mobile it tells me Norton stopped responding or that it’s crashed so send in a crash report. Thats the only time it does it. What should I do short of uninstalling it?

I am positively sure I’m putting on the correct password. I’ve double checked on my desktop and laptop. It’s the same and works on both but not on my phone. This is just frustrating.
You have to be sure you are entering the correct password. When you first log into your vault, you are logging into your Norton Account. You have to enter your email address and then the password for your Norton Account. Then you will be asked for the vault password.
I did that, now it won’t let me log back into my vault. It’s saying wrong password and it’s been the same since I’ve purchased this program. If I can’t get back in I’m going to just delete Norton completely off my phone. It’s getting to be too much hassle. Do you have any other suggestions?
I would start by going into Android Settings - Apps, and tap on Norton Identity Safe. Then clear the App Data. Reboot your phone and try again. You will have to sign into your Norton Account again using your email and NA password. Then you will be prompted for your vault password.
