Norton Identity Safe always crashes when "Logins" selected

My Samsung Galaxy S4 with Android Version 4.4.2 connected to AT&T runs the Norton Identity Safe 3.1.0566 just fine except when I select "My Vault Logins".  I have 233 items and they work fine on our laptops so it is only on the S4 that there is a problem.  When "Logins" is selected after a short while a box pops up and states "Unfortunately Norton Identity Safe has stopped" with buttons "report" and "ok".  I select "report". 

 

I have tried clearing the cache and data and uninstalling the program and then reinstalling after shutting down the phone but after 11 mos. the problem still has not been solved.  I sort of use the program by using the browser and going to the website I want and that works fine but sometimes I don't remember the website so I would like to use the "Logins" just like I do on my laptop.  Any help would be appreciated.  I used the Norton "Chat" and they said they could not fix it and to get a solution go to Norton Community for expert help.  

1.  There is a short period of time, after "Logins" is depressed about 1 second and then I get the "Unfortunately....".  I can do anything else with the ap - look at addresses, Wallet  etc. use the built in browser with known websites etc. As soon as I select logins there is a 1 second delay and then I get the "unfortunately...".

2.  Every time - is there a number limit?  According to the display it says there are 233 items before I depress "Logins"

3.  Yes I can use all the other features of the program - I just can't use "Logins" without it crashing.

4. No browser tabs open inside of Identity Safe or outside in Chrome

 

I sent the report at 1:01am PDT 4/19/14 several times.  I hope this helps.  It would sure make my life simpler if I could use "Logins".

We see your crash reports and thank you for answering all the questions we asked. 

 

There is no limit on the number of logins, we have tested it with almost double the numbers of logins you have. There seems to be some thing else. We will check the traces your sent and will try to identify the issue.

I have also uninstalled about half of my 34 downloaded apps (like Clean Master) in case there was one that was fighting with the identity safe but always I have the same problem.
