I installed Norton Anti-virus 2012 and Norton Identity Safe. After they were both installed I ran LIve Update from Anti-Virus. When all was said and done I noticed that LIve Update didn't update Norton Identity Safe. Since the available download version of Identity Safe isn't compatible with Firefox 17, I had to run Internet Explorer so that I could run Live Update from Indentity Safe 3 times I believe to get it to a version that would work in Firefox.
I guess my question is, why didn't running Live Update from Anti-Virus also update Indentity Safe. There use to be a time when running live Update in one Norton Product would update all Norton products that were installed.
