Norton Identity Safe (Android): Can't Login

I cannot logon to Norton Identity Safe (Android 1.5.0.12).  I have tried it when I'm logged in on my desktop, as well as when I'm not logged in.  In either case, my attempts on mobile alway result in messages about being unable to reach the server.  This does not occur with any other mobile app, or when I access the Internet.
 
I have the desktop version which was included in Norton Internet Security (2012).  I have had no problems logging on there.

 

Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem using the same version for Android, although when I try to log into the vault, the message I get is to input a valid identity safe password.  I am able to log in from multiple desktops with the same vault password (i.e. I am using the correct password).  This renders the app useless and the ability to connect on different platforms is the main reason Norton took the storage online, right...

Just to clarify, on my Android tablet I am able to log into the Norton Account within the app - I just cannot get logged into the vault, as I get the following message every time:

 

"Login Identity Safe failed!  Please input valid Identity Safe Password."

 

Are we the only ones having this problem?  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success.  I guess it's time to go back to RoboForm...

 

P.S. As previously indicated I AM using the valid/correct password (which works on my desktop and two laptops).

Any chance this problem might be addressed?

Nope.  I updated and still couldn't log into my vault.  So I cleard the cache and data, then uninstalled, then shut down, then reinstalled.  I can log into my Norton Account, but then get "Incorrect vault password" (even though it's not)...
