Norton identity safe app not on Irish IOS shop

I have been using the Norton Identity safe password manager on my android devices for one year now and I find it a brilliant product. However, for better or worse, my employer has given me an iphone. I cannot find the identity safe app on the Irish IOS store. However, it is on the US store but my apple id will not allow me download it from the US store.

Can someone help me as I badly need access to my passwords on IOS

From the last information I had, it should be available in Ireland. I have asked for clarification.

As a work around, you can log into the ID Safe web site to access your logins. Then copy and paste your information.
