I have 1 acct. covering 3 PCs. One is a very old HP desktop running Windows XP. I get frequent crashes of Norton Identity Safe. I have another laptop, on the same acct, running Windows Vista. It also, just recently, started getting Noron Identity Safe crash notices while browsing.
My software is up to date on both machines and I'm running Chrome for my browser.
