Norton Identity Safe app does not sync (see attached file). It does not matter if I'm connected over Wi-Fi or 4g LTE.
To sync I have to either:
1. Logout of My Vault and logout of Norton Account then login back into both Norton Account and My vault.
2. Uninstall and install app, then login back into both Norton Account and My vault to update new logins.
If a login is not available when you need it, then that alone defies the purposed of this app.
It does take a lot less time to login manually, If you have to complete one of the steps above to have a login available.
