We have fixed the problem where the app was crashing immediately after logging in to the vault on iOS.
If you are still seeing the crash, Please send your Norton Account Username, MID and OID.
Kindly follow the below steps to get the OID, MID [Machine ID] from the IdentitySafe app:
1. Open the IdentitySafe App
2. Sign out from your Norton Account
3. On Norton account login screen click "Need Help"
4. In "Need help" screen, You'll find OID and MID details.
