I use The Norton identity safe for my iPad which I keep thoroughly updated with the most recent updates from Apple for the IOS. I love the identity safe and use it a lot on my actual laptop for windows however I must say your identity safe for IOS is really horrible and needs to be redesigned. And to start with and foremost in importance is the fact that it lacks a print capability. I have been reading other entries from other people complaining about the same problem massively hun with and foremost important is the fact that it lacks a print capability. I have seen your people answer people back complaining about the lack of print functionality in your application or should I say app and the answer they give back is doing print screen on an iPad which is ridiculous as an answer. You need to redesign your app and build in the ability to print not having the ability to print in this day and age from an app such as yours is ridiculous and archaic. Doing a print screen on an iPad is beyond clumsy and klutzy and is the worst technical answer I have had ever heard a techie give in all my life and for the record this should carry a lot of weight because I am a helpdesk technician myself. Please read design the app and send out an update as it has been way too long since it is seen any sort of a major update. If there is a way to print you need to publicize it or redesign it so that it is more obvious in your app.
