Since yesterday after updating my smartphone to Android 7.0 I cannot log into my Norton Identity Safe app. I am asked to first log into my Norton-Account, but that is impossible. I get a message "Session expired...", each time I try. Unfortunately your chat is not open today, but it was yesterday and I was told that you had a server problem, which should be solved as soon as possible. Still it is not solved and I need my passwords in Norton Identity Safe immediately.
