Hello,
I'm using NIS from around a week and till today evening all was OK. Just 5h ago I was using service and I could see all my passwords in NIS app. Just 30 min ago I was trying to log in in to the service but app said that my password was wrong so I went to NIS website and there after I was trying to login there I was told that "Server is not available at this time. Please try again later. If this problem persists please contact technical support." Then after 2-5 min I could connect to my account thru app but ALL OF MY PASSWORDS WERE GONE! After login in thru NIS website I discovered that I have only 18 password (which are not showing in app) from more than 100 that I transferred there couple days ago!!!
Please help what can I do? If I don't retrieve this passwords my business will suffer tomorrow!
My system is Mac OS X 10.8.2.

BTW: There is endless wait for support chat! But support website said only 2 min wait ;)
