My Norton Identity Safe is no longer filling in my User IDs & passwords. I am logged in, my logins are all listed, I have automatically fill checked... I don't know why it is not filling in the data. Can anyone help?

And you have a password set that you enter each time you boot up and begin to do your thing?
Hi ninadr,
Please confirm your Norton 360 Version. To find this, on your Norton product interface, click Support > About. The version may look like 5.1.0.29.

I'm having the same problem. I can't figure out if it's got something to do with Comcast, Xfinity or Norton's. I have checked the appropriate boxes to keep this information on my computer too. But nothing has worked so far. Help!
I do have Version 360 as noted in above posting.
After you have checked that the Symantec / Norton add-ons are enabled in your browser, you should consider resetting your Identity Safe.
- Open the main 360 interface.
- Go to Settings > Identity Protection.
- In the Identity Protection Window, go to Backup Identity Safe Data > Configure [+]
- In the Backup Window, "Browse" to save the data onto a USB flash drive or other convenient location. Add a password for extra security.
- Log out of Identity Safe.
- Reset the current identity safe profile by providing a wrong or empty password twice in the login window.
- Create a new identity safe profile. (Do not choose to import anything)
- In the Identity Protection Window, go to Restore Identity Safe Data > Configure [+]
- Browse to the NPM file you just saved on the USB flash Drive. Click OK.
Let us know if the Autofill function works now.
And, always backup your Identity Safe Data to an external media on a regular basis.
